We have partnered with a local delivery company, BLSH (Buy Local Stay Home). You have the option to choose Local Delivery at checkout by entering the postal code the package will be delivered to and specifying the date for delivery.
Be sure to include a valid contact phone number for the person receiving the delivery so the courier can contact them if there are any issues. Recipients will receive text communications on driver arrivals and pictures for delivery when an item is not handed directly to a recipient. Customers are responsible for giving accurate and adequate delivery instructions and contact information. Should a recipient opt-out of text communications the Vendor acknowledges this may result in the recipient missing important delivery information, such as expected courier arrival time.

From time to time our drivers arrive at the delivery destination and are unable to hand the order to the intended recipient. This most often occurs in multi tenant property where either
- We are unable to access the building because of missing customer information
- The concierge refuses to accept orders on a tenant’s behalf.
In this instance BLSH will attempt delivery for up to 5 minutes but may be forced to leave any items in an area the driver determines is most suitable for the recipient to collect later. In every such instance the driver will contact dispatch who will follow-up with the recipient to provide photos/explanation of the circumstances. BLSH will also inform the Vendor of any such instance.
BLSH will provide a 2 hour window to the recipient for expected delivery the night before.
All other cities noted below will have a delivery charge of $15 CAD
9:00am – 5:00pm: Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough
9:00am – 6:00pm: Newmarket, Thornhill, Markham, Woodbridge
9:00am – 8:00pm: Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton, St. Catharines/Niagara, Niagara, Barrie, Brampton, Whitby, KW/Guelph

What is your cancellation policy?
The Sans Rival cake and Silvanas are made to order and we ask that you please notify us of any cancellations at least 72 hours prior for a full refund. We do our best to accommodate so please reach out via e-mail if you would like to change/cancel your delivery date.
Please let us know ASAP if anything you received is in any way damaged or not in working condition via email at email@example.com with photos and your order number so we can make it right :)
